OUR NORMAL PROCEEDURE FOR BUYING:

If you have an item that you are interested in selling to us, please e-mail us with particulars. If we are interested, we will then ask general questions (and/or ask for pictures) about your item and also ask you for your ZIP code. In most instances, an offer would be made for the unit, itself AS WELL AS SHIPPING to us. As we ship all over the U.S., we base our shipping "reimbursement" on what we know box size and weight should be, and use the UPS website to figure shipping costs. We will NOT pay the inflated costs that a typical "Pack & Ship" store charges. After all these agreements are made, we will ask you to send us the item. Upon receipt, we will forward a check for the amount agreed on. However, if the unit is damaged in shipping, it will be up to you to make a claim, WE WILL NOT, nor will we pay for the item unless we reach a re-pricing agreement. Once a claim is made, the unit is picked up, inspected by the carrier or it's agent, and then SENT BACK TO YOU!

We also ask that you click on the

PACKING

link, to view our "How to pack a turntable for shipment" page on our website, in order that the unit gets packed properly for shipping. Also, if the item is NOT as described, we will send it back (at our expense), or renogotiate the pricing.

We have gotten too many poorly-packed items, or items that have been nothing like their description. We don't know anything about you, however, we are a legitimate business. You can find out just what type of company we run just by looking at our eBay feedback
